Unlike high-shear powder mixers – like the Fristam PM, PMD and PL – the PE provides a straightforward and highly efficient solution for customers simply looking to induct ‘simple to blend’ powders into a liquid base.
The system uses a self-priming side-channel pump (the Fristam FZ) that creates a powerful intake effect, drawing powders into the liquid stream where they are rapidly wetted and blended.
Because powder enters the liquid stream directly, floating powders, clumping, and incomplete wetting does not occur. This is a common disadvantage of powders which are manually added to open tanks.
