What is the Fristam PL Powder Dissolver?
The Fristam PL Powder Dissolver is a hygienic inline dissolving system built around a Fristam FS shear blender mounted on a mobile frame with an integrated powder hopper.
The wheeled frame allows the unit to be easily transported within the factory or fixed in position as part of a production line.
During operation, powder is poured into the hopper while a liquid stream is generated beneath and processed through the shear blender, enabling rapid wetting and controlled dissolution.
Designed for food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and chemical manufacturing, the PL integrates into closed hygienic systems and supports full Clean-in-Place (CIP) operation for reliable, repeatable production.
